The cleaning service has a fixed cost of $30,000 for the house and $20,000 for the cabin. It is charged only once during the entire stay and is performed after check-out. It includes a complete cleaning of the accommodation.

If you only paid the reservation or deposit, that amount is non-refundable. If you paid the full stay: with at least 7 days' notice, 100% is refundable; with 4 days, a 50% penalty applies; with 3 days or no-show, a 100% penalty applies.
